The house rules

1. Who keeps the chalet

These terms govern your use of snowcapchalet.com ("Snowcap Chalet", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of snowcapchalet.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may ride the lifts

Snowcap Chalet is meant only for users aged 18 or over. Using it confirms that you are 18 or over.

3. Chalet coins

  • All games run on virtual coins supplied at no charge.
  • Chalet coins have no monetary value, and they are not money, credit or property.
  • Chalet coins cannot be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes, and there are no in-app purchases of any kind.
  • No prize with real-world value is offered on the mountain.
  • At any time, coins, levels and features may be adjusted or reset by us.

4. Gambling for money: none

Snowcap Chalet does not offer or promote real-money gambling, and no link on the mountain leads to a gambling operator.

5. Your account on the mountain

  • Rackrail Supper Car and Rimewood Hollow, the runs beyond the open one, need a free account. Each person may hold one account, and it must not be shared.
  • Do not share your password. If someone else has used your account, tell us straight away.
  • From your account page you can delete the account at any moment; it goes immediately and cannot be brought back.
  • An account used to disrupt the site, or one we believe is held by someone under 18, may be suspended.
  • Coins, levels and missions are attached to the account, they never become your property, and the chalet may reset them.

6. Using the mountain fairly

Do not try to disrupt the site, turn automated tools on it, offer to trade coins, or let anyone under 18 use it.

7. Availability, and what we are liable for

The site comes “as is”, and any part of it may be changed or withdrawn by us. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms do not restrict any liability that the law forbids restricting, and your statutory rights stay unaffected.

8. Which law covers these terms

These terms are read under the law of England and Wales, even up at the summit station.
