Real-money gambling accounts are outside what the patrol can help with. For gambling support, ring the National Gambling Helpline free on 0808 8020 133.
Snowcap Chalet admits adults of 18 and over, and nobody younger. Each run is played with virtual coins of no monetary value, coins that cannot be bought, sold, withdrawn or exchanged. Search every beam of the chalet and you will find no coin shop and no payment page, no prize of real-world value is on offer, and success here does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
